Fun Lesson Activity about The Nautilus
This is a great activity for kids to be creative while learning a little bit about a nautilus. First, give all of the children a sheet of construction piece of paper. Tell them to draw and color a nautilus on the paper. Make sure pictures are printed and given to them so they know how to draw their nautilus. After all of the children are done making their nautilus, tell the children about the various foods that a nautilus eats. For example, crabs, shrimp, and fish are all food that a nautilus eats. Ask them to pick and draw one of the foods for a nautilus on a sheet of paper. Once the children finish this, let them go around the room and observe the other nautilus and the various foods that the other children drew. If time allows, share a few additional fun facts about nautilus’ with the children.
