Fun Lesson Activity about The Leopard
Objective: To have students practice writing their alphabet letters.
Materials: Pictures of leopards with all their spots removed.
Instructions: Show the students a picture of a leopard and ask what they think the spots are for. After a discussion, explain that the spots are camouflage so that the Leopard can hide in the grass when it is hunting. Hand out the pictures of the leopards and tell the students that they need to add spots to the leopards but that we are going to make Alphabet Leopards. Instead of spots, these leopards are going to have the letters of the alphabet on them. Have the students write the letters on their leopards and then have them color the rest of the picture to finish.
